Tweens and Teens have breakfast at the Library, relax with your friends, try different new challenges, new crafts, play games, enter competitions, share your ideas and let your creativity shine

Week One: Re-crafting... -18 April - Superhero Comic 3D posters and comic wrist bands - 19 April - Invention Day – Make something from the materials provided. Points and prizes given for inventions that move, work, transform or fly. - 20 April - ANZAC crafts and biscuits. Let’s make enough poppies to fill the Teens display cabinet.

Week Two: Game week - 26 April - Murder Mystery Game Day. Can you solve the mystery? - 27 April - Escape from the Library – you have until 12 pm to escape from the library. Be there to start at 9:30 am. Don’t be late, every second counts...

Comeptitions: Visit Whangarei Central Library during the school holiday’s, fill out the entry form and go into the draw to win!

Prizes: - A copy of MoneyLand donated by local author Michael Botur - A DeathNote action figure from season one (Manga Character).
