How to list your business on this website
Whangareinz.com accommodation, transport and activity listings are sourced directly from Tourism New Zealand's website www.newzealand.com, which has over 10 million users every year. Once your business is registered and listed for free, and you agree to share the information with your Regional Tourism Organisation (look for the 'consent & authority' box) it will automatically be displayed on www.whangareinz.com as a free listing.
To begin the process, go to register.newzealand.com and complete the 'sign up now it's free' box. These are your own personal details and won't show on the websites.
Once you have registered, add your business and listing along with logos, photos, videos, words and social media links.
The beauty of this one-stop registration, is that you only have to go to one place to update your information for three successful marketing websites.
We recommend you check and update your listing on a regular basis, adding new photos, videos, specials, social media links and articles - keep your listing fresh and vibrant!
And don't forget, if you need a hand - you're welcome to contact Tania Robson at Whangarei District Council for assistance.
From 1 October, 2015 your free listing on WhangareiNZ.com will include:
Google Map location
Opening times and physical address
